For retailers, content/gaming providers, travel companies, adult products merchants and micropayment suppliers the following fees are applicable:

* Rates and fees for customers registering after the 01.01.2010: For all industries and fees are offered according to the
terms and conditions of DebitWay.com.
The below applies to all industries:
- A one time setup fee of 1,500 USD; these fees are due when setting up a project.
- Monthly system maintenance fee of 99 USD
- Low transaction fees depending on the industry according to the table above.
- The agreement according to our terms and conditions can be terminated one year after registration excluding the
special termination offer as stated previously and confirmed below. The agreement can be terminated with 3 months notice
prior to the renewal date; otherwise the agreement will automatically be extended for a further 12 months.

Generally no charge backs occur with DebitWay.com. This is because this is a direct debit payment transfer system. However,
fraud can occur due to technical reasons in the online banking system of the customer. The statistical likelihood is minimal.
